The cost to creating a promotional video?
It is very difficult to set a specific price as all projects are bespoke, but by providing as much information as possible we can then provide you a very competitive price. Generally speaking, most videos that are around one minute in length fall somewhere in the range of £1,000 – £6,000 depending on the variables. However, we can also do a basic budget slideshow photo style “video” for substantially less.
Do we need to meet or can we work remotely with you on a process?
We can work remotely with customers on projects. Between FTP uploads, emails, Skype and phone/web conferences, etc…as if we’re working right next to you. For live venues we will need a pre-visit to assess ethernet connection and camera positions.
How long should my video be? (online marketing videos)
This depends on a number of variables but most of our promotional videos tend to be less than 2 minutes but online training videos can be longer. If you do have a lot of content to cover then it is usually a better plan to produce multiple videos and let the viewers choose the shorter bits of content they are most interested in.
My project requires multiple videos, do you offer a discount?
Simple answer YES. but only applies to video production, not live productions...Many of the assets created in the first video can be applied to other videos in the series saving time and reducing the overall cost of the project. Contact us for more information about the cost of your project.
What are your payment terms?
Unless you have an account with us, we will require a 50 percent deposit for your video production project 30 days prior to the event and the remaining 50 percent is due upon project completion (within 7 days).
What’s the turnaround time for a video?
Only applies to video production, not live productions...You will be given a date range for completion, final project turnaround is decided on the date we receive your initial deposit. The deposit secures your spot in the production schedule. Depending upon production load and timely feedback from our customers, we typically finish production of most single video projects in 4 to 8 weeks.
